The Safari Tents
At Tiger Tops Elephant Camp you will be staying in one of our comfortable and fully equipped safari tents. There is one tent with a double bed and 5 tents with twin beds in the camp. The tent has a sitting area in the front where you can enjoy your morning tea and plug in your phone, laptop, or camera. The tents are equipped with electricity, a table lamp and a hand torch. The size of each tent is approximately thirteen square meters, and the back of the tent can be separated from the sleeping area to create a private changing room. The private bathrooms all have western style toilets and a shower with hot water.
Being organic is an integral component of Tiger Tops sustainable approach to tourism and management. Being at one with nature also involves cultivating the land in a way that maintains ecological balance. The result is a bountiful harvest of fresh, purely organic and flavorsome produce. At Tiger Tops Elephants Camp you will be served a continental breakfast and you can get a hearty daal bhaat from the camp kitchen for lunch and dinner, or you can order from today’s menu at Tiger Tops Tharu Lodge (extra charge).
The Dining Hall
Overlooking the corrals from an elevated location, the dining hall is the best place to observe the elephants socializing with each other, playing, grazing and just enjoying their life, while you enjoy your meals and drinks. It is the perfect place for socializing and sharing your experiences from the day with the other guests, while you have your sundowners and watch the sun set over the paddy fields in the distance.
